In the heart of Bergamo, a few steps from the station there is Hotel San Giorgio.
The building is asymmetrical and flanked by numerous oleanders and palms. It has a neo-Renaissance façade with pediments on the windows that recall the seventeenth-century era in which the building was used as a convent.
On the ground floor there is still evidence of walls typical of the time.
In '35 there was a change of destination to a cheap guesthouse hotel. In 2000 it was completely renovated and modernized, especially in the internal parts, taking care not to spoil the harmony of times gone by but to renew them.
Inside there are antique objects and furniture and 200 valuable paintings distributed in the rooms and corridors.

There are two types of rooms, the standard and the superior, all with air conditioning, mini bar, LCD TV, wifi and water on offer; in the superior rooms you can find a kit with coffee, tea, herbal teas with kettle. We also have free cots to put in the room.
